Dec 14, 2024- Saw one spiderling have a go at another, so I figured it was time to split them into the deli cups, or at least thin the numbers. Moved 11 out of 21 into cups.

At first I was feeding them inside a butterfly enclosure because I didn’t want fruit flies getting loose, but it didn’t end up being an issue. I highly recommend getting wingless flightless fruit flies as they’re just so much slower. The flightless winged can jump pretty far. I use a funnel and tap the flies into a condiment container, then use that bottle to squeeze a few into each deli cup. Easy!

Dec 21, 2024- Gave five cups to a friend who used to breed jumpers. We both want to have a go at breeding these guys when they’re adults.
